Floyd’s family name change from Johnston to Johnson will be recognized
within this section. As well, the recognition of Johnston and or Johnson
of the children of Floyd. There are several theories, mere hypothesis,
conjectures and a guess, but, it has been verified and stands as recorded
in court documents, marriage and death
certificates. In theory there
were general underlying principles.
The lineage still remains in the genealogy.

Eva Gertrude and daughter Joan were killed instantly in a car-train accident.
Her husband Ward died the next day, as a result of his injuries caused
by this accident.

Roselie Singleton, D/O Harry Brown and Grethel ( Monroe ) Singleton, Harry
and Grethel lived in Nutter Fort, WV. Harry B., S/O Roy Lee and Edna (
Brown ) Singleton. Harry died Jan 2, 1985, is buried in the Little
Kanawha Memorial Gardens, Heaters,
WV. Grethel lives in Los Angles, California where her daughter Wanda, (
Mrs. Max Boggs ) resides.

Genevieve and Dana lived in Sutton, Braxton County, West Virginia on Industrial Street. Dana worked on bridge construction. Leaving this work after an accident which broke his chest and anklebone. He became a carpenter and a master plumber.
Genevieve and Dana had two sons; Jack, lives in Baltimore, Maryland and John, still living in the home on Industrial Street in Sutton.
John worked for the Kenny Shoe Co., and is retired. He has a diploma from the National Radio Institute of Washington D. C., he is currently working on research in writing his timeline from the bible. He has several certificates in bible study.
John Holt Williams, born Dec.
26, 1943, says he was, “ born at home because he wanted to be near his
mother.”
